Arizona Natural Resources is a Certified Manufacturer of Organic products. We are certified by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), a USDA organic certifying agency. This means that we are certified to manufacture organic health & beauty / personal care products to the stringent standards and regulations of the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). With this certification we can manufacture products that can display the USDA seal. Our certification is also recognized by the following international organic agencies:
International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM)
European Standards (EEC 2092/91)
Japan Agriculture Service (JAS)
Swiss Standard (Bio-Suisse)
Québecois Standard (CAAQ)
We are experts in formulation. However, organic versions of many ingredients required to formulate effective and pleasing products are not available. Consequently many products cannot be created as 95-100% organic, can't be labeled as such and cannot display the USDA's organic seal. It is our belief that over time more organic ingredients will become available and technology will evolve to overcome many of the current limitations in organic product performance.
Our Research & Development staff is thoroughly versed in the requirements of each organic agency. All required procedures are in place to ensure the integrity of the organic products that we produce.
